Gently stand on the cushion, allowing it to make contact with your feet. Initiate the massage experience by pressing the "+" sign to power on the device.

To adjust the intensity, simply press the "-" sign until it reaches the 0 setting, effectively shutting down the massage function. With a total of 8 modes available, each offering unique massage techniques, you can enhance your experience and find the perfect mode to suit your preferences.

Within each mode, you can further customize your massage by selecting from 19 different gears. By pressing the "+" sign, you can incrementally increase the intensity, while pressing the "-" sign reduces the intensity.
