Vintage Marbleized End of Day EGG DARNER Darning Wood Sewing Tool

VINTAGE EGG DARNING SEWING TOOL

Colorful and fun vintage solid wood end of day darning sewing tool measuring 2-1/2" in size.  Featuring an oval egg, it bears the original paint in vibrant marbleized swirls.  

Condition is good with usage marks and paint chipping - I think at one time this had a handle, which is long gone - does not detract.  Stable, solid and ready to go, it has a wonderful look - makes a mundane task a bit less tedious!  Fun addition to any vintage sewing tool collection or display!
