I select my products carefully by myself in major department stores or brand stores. Mostly I keep receipts for all garments I bought to prove an authenticity of my selling products.
Highly recommend you to try the item first in brand store then come to my store to buy it, in that way you would save a lot of money and 100% sure the dress is what you want, color is accurate, it fits and you will keep them.
If you have any doubt please take the item to go to brand store and ask for an official verification letter and I will sort out the problem for you.
If you want to force me to take the return by using "item not authentic" reason without any official solid proof, it will be reported to ebay as buyer abusing return policy. Again I'm an honest seller and I help my buyer but please be fair and honest to me as well. I believe with some open communication any kind of problem can be sorted out between buyer and seller.
