Serious collectors: Small Diorama made by Applause. 

This was a Limited edition of 5000 pieces that were hand numbered on the base.  I just opened the master case a few minutes ago

The product name is, "USS Voyager Doctor - Episode Heroes & Demons It stands about 4" tall.

 

I used my sample to take the pictures, but the  one you receive has not been removed from it's original package.  It does come with a certificate of authenticity.
