Vintage Avon Christmas Carousel Holiday Musical Chimes with Horse Decor - READ.

I have tested this item--

The chime part of it does work and chimes different Christmas tunes.

I believe that part of the Top is supposed to spin, and I could not get any if the top portion to spin.

Once again, the chimes do get struck by the dinger and plays tunes, but the Top does NOT spin.

So, I have listed this item as for parts/Repair- Nit working.

There is also supposed to be a small flag on the very Top of the item that is broken off and missing as shown in Photos.

Overall, still a nice Vintage item from the 1990''s
