This auction is for real silver George 5th 3d Three Pence coins.
NOTE
All coins up to the year 1920 are real silver, the second issue of 1920 were debased coins they were reduced to 50% silver & all dated from this are 50% silver.

This coin is well worth collecting, even for its silver content alone, although we collect for the enjoyment, there is the added bonus of the silver content, which is proving valuable.
(These coins have been professionally cleaned by a jewellers high-pressure steam cleaner, we do not polish them as this is detrimental to the coin)
