Both these batteries will work equally well in your watch, 370 is a Hi-drain  battery & 371 is Lo-drain.

The high drain is recommended for usage in a watch which has an alarm/back-light etc where it has the ability to withstand quick surges of 'power drain' to facilitate these extra items in a watch.
