We offer delivery on all items purchased to mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Additional charges may apply to other locations in the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day, after this time items will be dispatched the following working day.

Items under £30 will incur a £2.95 delivery charge. Items over £30 will receive Free Next Day Delivery. Ryman requires immediate payment on all items purchased through the eBay store.

Some furniture and storage items are delivered direct from our suppliers. These items can take a little longer to arrive, usually about 3 days, but sometimes up to 15 working days. For this type of order, our customer support team will email you with an order confirmation.

Majority of items will be delivered using Royal Mail, depending on package size and weight. Selected items above £35 will be sent out on a next day delivery service using UK Mail.

If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.

However, in the unlikely event that the product is faulty or if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to offer you a full refund, provided that the goods are returned within 28 days of delivery and in a resalable condition.

For furniture products that are made to order, you have the right to cancel the order within 8 days of placing it by notifying us in writing. After that time, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind.

Your refund or exchange will be processed once we are in receipt of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item that has not been returned in a fully resalable condition - undamaged and in their original packaging and with the labels intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
