The manual is in pretty nice shape given the age.  There's a touch of spine roll and dinged corners, I tried to take extra pictures so you can see.  There is also a scuff on the right hand middle of the cover.

I confess I don't know much about these manuals.  The back says that it's from SONY CORPORATION copywriten 1987.
