The patches have three triangles, two are one-fourth the finished size of the Square patches and one is one half the size of the finished patches. The patches are made four at a time. The 4 1/2 Triangle Square Up Ruler makes perfect half triangle squares and quarter triangle squares in sizes up to 4 1/2". Fully illustrated and detailed instructions are included.
