Packages are first sent in a consolidated shipment to our warehouse in Miami, FL, and then distributed within the United States via USPS or DHL.

The tracking number will be uploaded only after the consolidated shipment arrives at our Miami warehouse and your individual package is dispatched within the USA.
If tracking information does not appear immediately, please do not worry — your order has been shipped according to the new procedure and is in transit.
