Pictures are an example of what these look like, the sicker numbers such as 630-2793 can vary, but the Apple # 820-1019-A imprinted on the card is constant.

L2 cache of 512 was verified in testing.

These will work in the 13" and 14" models, but I don't think they work in the 12" Powerbook model.

I have a very limited number of these. I try to include one or two free working RAM chips, which you can use in the initial installation to verify the CPU works fine.

There is another version of this 233MHz that does not have the L2 RAM cache that came with the 12", and which I have in another listing.
