Q1: What devices can R2500 power? A: Compatible with rated power is less than 2500W and peak power is not more than 4000W. Common electrical appliances are applicable, such as TV, fridge, coffee maker, air conditioner, toaster, microwave oven, CPAP, drill, Juicer, hair dryer etc. |
Q2: Can the R2500 be charged while using? A: Yes, R2500 supports pass-through charging. But we don't suggest, it will cause damage to battery life. |
Q3: How to know the working times for my device? Why does the duration of some devices deviate from the actual usage data? A: Working time (estimation) = 2016Wh * 0.85(Depth of discharge) * 0.8(Inverter efficiency) / working power of your device. The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary. |
Q4: Can R2500 be used as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS)? A: Yes. When R2500 is recharging from AC, the devices pluged it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power outage, R2500 automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 15 seconds. |
Q5: What kind of solar panels can be connected? A: R2500 MPPT solar input recieves (12~150V)⎓13A 1000W max. Actual charging performance depends on compatibility, so we recommend to use ALLPOWERS portable power stantion and solar panel together. Recommended solar panel: 4-5pcs ALLPOWERS 200W solar panels in parallel. |
