We are an approved Sky Sub-distrubtor for many Sky products across their range. All incoming items undergo a range of authenticity checks, as carried out as outlined below.
Remotes are checked for a valid URC and serial number, located on the battery cover. 
The PCB is inspected to ensure it has the correct visible pin holes.

We also inspect the material and quality of the remote and a check of the remotes software to ensure the functions are as factory standard. We also check the remotes weight on a scale to ensure it matches the genuine remote.
