"24.02" is a war diary. The book tells a fictional story about a company of young people who found themselves in the middle of a war against their will. About how each of them "froze" either from fear or from the cold, when a rocket hit somewhere nearby and a powerful explosion sounded, which broke the windows and activated the alarms.
