This has been sitting around as a spare since the late 2000s from before HP bought 3Com.  Finally clearing out old gear as I no longer have any NBX installations to support.  This is the top blue card with the eight ports.  I have the older tan hub card in a separate auction.

The listing is for one of these cards sitting in the pictured spare chassis.  It does not include the chassis or other cards.
