Shipping
FREE shipping only applies to the lower 48 States of the United States by UPS Ground services (additional shipping charges will apply for Puerto Rico, Hawaii, VI, APO, PO and Alaska). The shipping time frame is between 3-7 business days and depends on your location.
If you refuse the package from the carrier at the time of delivery or the package is undeliverable, you will be charged for the return shipping, as well as, 15% of the item cost for restocking. The shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount unless it was an error on our end.
Damaged or Missing item
If the item you received is missing or damaged, you must report it within 5-days of the confirmed delivery date. Please include pictures and a detailed description in order for us to best assist you with filing a replacement claim.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping label and cost. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item returned is damaged or is missing components. We recommend you insure your return.
