This hardcover book measures 5 1/4" X 8 5/8" - 483 pages plus a one page listing of other books available from Joseph Cottle.

The book is leather bound with very heavy surface wear, with the spine chipped and worn (see image). Roughly half the pages are stained on the outer borders (see image) from dampness and/or mold, although none are stuck together, and are without much age toning. Ownership appears on the half-title page. The corners are bumped, with some gold inlay still evident on the board edges. The spine is still firm.
