Application

Engine processing is carried out in three stages:

 

1st stage: pour the contents of the syringe into the oil filler neck of the engine warmed up to operating temperature. Start the engine and let it idle for 5-10 minutes.

2nd stage: carried out in the same order after 100-250 km of mileage.

3rd stage: carried out in the same order after 100-250 km of mileage.

Notes

Processing is considered complete after at least 1,500 km of mileage.

 

It is not recommended to change the oil before revitalization

Processing at idle is possible (4 hours - equivalent to 200 km mileage)

New engines with a mileage of up to 20,000 km should be processed in one go

Engines after overhaul are recommended to be treated in the usual manner in three stages

Treatment of engines on liquefied natural gas is similar to treatment of gasoline engines

A protective metal-ceramic coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the mechanism (engine) is in critical condition (100% operation), it is necessary to replace the destroyed parts

The protective coating is active for 60,000 km, after which re-treatment is recommended.

During the operation of the engine, the cylinder-piston group in the area of the top "dead" point, parts of the gas distribution mechanism (cam pusher), sliding bearings of the crankshaft and camshafts are most prone to malfunction.

 

The revitalizant contains a building material that compensates for the operation of these parts. As a result of revitalization, a new multi-functional gradient coating with a set of necessary service characteristics and stress states is formed on the surfaces of the friction pairs.

 

Engine parts are increasing in volume, returning the same "hundreds" and "dozens" that were lost, worn out during operation. This is the repair effect. The resulting coating has unique properties: high strength, high corrosion resistance, low roughness. After revitalization, engine parts are guaranteed to last 2-4 times longer.

 

As a result of the revitalization of the engine, the compression in the cylinders is significantly increased and equalized, the fuel consumption is reduced, the intake and roll of the car are increased, the oil pumps, turbocharging units, shafts and liners (bearings), cylinder mirrors are eliminated, ellipticity is eliminated. The engine works quietly and without vibrations. Thanks to revitalization, it can always be maintained in perfect condition.
