The phone any network, but not network 3, it only works on T Mobile, Vodafone and O2. 

The phone has some general wear on the front, sides, back as you can see in the pictures and some small scratches on the screen, but overall it is in good condition. 

The phone has a good battery life.

The phone comes with no charger.
