Because the product is
a large item, we use logistics company to ship, before shipping, we need to
know：
1. Whether your
address is a business or residential address？
2. Do you have a
loading dock or Forklift to unload from the truck？
3. Please assure
your number is correct so that the shipping company can contact you.
We appreciate your

Please Note: Do not
sign for any broken or damaged item, instead, contact with logistics company
and we will file a claim against logistics company.
Return Policy:
Be sure to read the
product instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary returns.
1>We provide return
and exchange service within 30 days.
Please note that if it
is not due to the quality problem of the product, you will bear all the
shipping charges for the return, and please guarantee that the product is in
good condition and the package is still in place, can be re-sold. Refunds are
for the cost of the products only. Refunds will be credited following the
receipt of the undamaged product.
If the product has any
quality problems, we will provide free repair, you do not have to bear any
shipping costs.
2>Within 30 days to
1 year after receiving the product, if there is any quality problem, we provide
free maintenance, if item has to return to our warehouse to repair, customers
need to bear half of the freight.
3>After 1 year of
the receipt, if the product exists any quality problem, the customer need to
pay for the maintenance as well as all the freight, which will be quoted in
depends.
