Zen Rock and Roll is the pseudonym of multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Saunders, who creates three epic-length pieces on his self-released debut CD which rest firmly in the tradition of 1970s symphonic progressive rock. There's plenty of Mellotron, don't worry!
