Perga contains up to 16 types of amino acids, 13 fatty acids (including Omega-3 and Omega-6), as well as:

The content of vitamin E, carotenoids, as well as potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, cobalt and zinc is especially high in perza.

Compared to ordinary flower pollen, which can also be taken, bee pollen is more useful and much richer in vitamins and trace elements.

With regular use, perga has a beneficial effect on almost all body systems - digestive, circulatory, endocrine, perfectly raises vitality and improves immunity, prevents aging, improves hormonal balance.

Perga has been used since ancient times for diseases of the heart, blood (up to leukemia), intoxication of the body (including from exposure to radiation), diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract, skin diseases, kidney diseases, hepatitis, women's diseases, etc. Perga is also useful for improving mental activity and memory.
