The Famille Verte bowl comes in a beautiful blue silk lined case.  The inside of the case is lined with a light blue silk fabric that appears to have padding below it. 

The bone/pins that lock the lid into place are intact also the fabric cloth that holds the lid in place when open is also intact.  Not sure of the age of this piece probably latter 1800’s to early 1900’s but again not a definite!!!

The bowl is in very nice condition no chips or cracks.  This bowl is wafer thin if you look at the last 2 pictures you can see right through the bowl to the other side.  Amazing something so fragile is still together after all these years.
