Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you ASAP!

Our handling time is 3 days, but most orders will be dispatched within one business day (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.

We have warehouses in US East and US West, but not all items have 2 warehouses. Please note the location of the item marked in the listing.

We usually ship using USPS, UPS and you should receive it 2 to 5 days after it is shipped. Long-distance customers usually receive it within 6-12 days.

Note: Shipping and handling charges are only for 48 states in the United States, we do not send to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Please remember to email us which warehouse to send the item back before return. And all returns must be shipped back in their original factory packaging.
