I googled this using camera and this looks very similar to antique peruvian Chulucanas  that are listed on Ebay and other sites Not sure but it appears to be. Sits crooked because its handmade. Some small chip and imperfections. See pics. Nice piece at great price. 6 inches high 4 inch base opening is 4 inches.
