Dispatch & Shipping

    • FREE SHIPPING to all UK delivery address with no minimum spend required.

    • Order before 2:00pm will be dispatch by same day with Free Shipping "Royal mail 2nd Class". Normally it will delivered with in 3-5 working days, but in case any delay we request you to wait for at least 7-9 working days to consider it as lost in transit.

    • NEED URGENT! Choose Fast shipping on checkout. We have tracked shipping within 1-2 working days to be delivered your goods all over in UK. Other shipping service also available please check shipping information for more.

    • We only ship to the address on PayPal. If you require a specific address to ship the order to, please make sure that you enter this in the PayPal confirmation before confirming payment. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.

    • Once you place an order, you are binding into a legal contract. So do not buy or bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.

    • We will pursue all unpaid items for all charges and fees after 10 days of payment not being received.

    • Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used.

Return & Refunds

If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.

    • For items which are faulty or wrong item received, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will sent you pre-paid return envelop so you can return it back to us. Upon receiving we will either re-send you your purchase item or give you a full refund.

    • When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay order ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
