Available is this 272 page hardcover with dust jacket titled "Who Rush to Glory - The Cowboy Volunteers of 1898: Grigsby's Cowboys, Roosevelt's Rough Riders, Torrey's Rocky Mountain Riders" by Clifford Westermeier and published in 1958 as first editions. There are two copies available - 1 is an ex-library and the other is not.  

President McKinley called for volunteers to fight in the Spanish-American War and three patriotic men created cowboy volunteer calvaries - Theodore Roosevelt, Jay Torrey, and Melvin Grigsby.
