Q: What should I do if the spot welder dent puller cannot be turned on?

A:

1. Check whether the power indicator light is on. If not, check whether the power supply and voltage are correct;

2. After connecting to the power supply, the power indicator light lights up normally. If there is still no current (cannot weld) after turning on the rotary switch and entering the welding mode, re-plug the power plug or open the casing to check whether the internal power circuit is normal.

3. If high temperature alarms still occur frequently, disconnect the power supply and disassemble the casing to check whether the temperature of the transformer is higher than 90°C. To rule out that the temperature is too sensitive, you can choose to short-circuit the temperature sensor;

4. If it does not work in the non-high temperature alarm state, check whether the gun switch and the internal circuit connections of the equipment are normal;
