Alber Cell Voltage Recorder Plus - Handheld Cell Voltage Tester CVR+

This only works when it is plugged directly into power without the battery installed. The battery will not take/hold a charge and I cannot locate a replacement (the device will not power on with the battery installed). Cosmetically it looks fantastic. Includes case and everything else seen. Please see all photos.
