How to Use

Apply morning and evening to face, neck and décolletage after cleansing. Leave to sink in for a moment if you are applying make-up. For richer moisture, try Almond Soothing Facial Cream for sensitive dry skin

Postage & Handling:

• Our current maximum handling time is 5 business days, not including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays for all standard and express orders.
• We use Australia Post for all deliveries and are trackable. All parcels are of no signature required unless requested.
• If there is no one home for delivery, and if there is no safe place to leave your parcel, Australia Post will bring your parcel to Post Office for collection. Please ensure you collect your parcel within 10 days or it will be returned to us. Return fees of $16.00 (standard) or $27.00 (express) charged by Australia Post & redelivery fees apply.
• All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00.
• You must provide addresses in English. We are unable to send parcels that are not in English.
• Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Once dispatched, no recalls can be made. If parcels are returned to us, return & redelivery fees apply.
• We do not accept returns for wrong product purchased or change of mind. If returns are accepted for wrong product purchased or change of mind, a 20% restocking fee applies. We do not cover the cost of the return, and the delivery fees paid to our postal partner is not refundable.
• Unauthorised returns will not be refunded.
• Damaged returns will not be refunded.
• All dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded as dangerous goods cannot be air lifted.
• For international customers, we do not cover any duty, tax or charge by your local customs. Please check with your local customs if there are such charges and if the products may be imported into your country. We are not responsible if your parcel gets rejected by your local customs.
