Item Features:

1.near mint on card like condition, the bubble edges are sealed(slight lifting bottom right corner), but there is an opening at the top, possibly large enough to remove the figure

2.card is in ok/decent condition, has some misc wear and some creasing/denting

3.bubble is in rough shape, has some denting on all 4 sides and some cracking by the feet and at the top with a good sized opening 

4.card lays about 90% flat

Overall, super rare vintage item!
