Product concept:
Eyewash showers are designed to flush both eyes, face or body contaminants. That's why they are also an emergency in the event of an accident, but they cannot replace the main protective equipment (both eyes and face) ABS composite eye washers are all made of ABS material injection film (except valves), which have good corrosion resistance, economical and durable, especially suitable for acid. Drinking water or filtered pure water.
Working water pressure and flow
1. 0.2-0.6mpa, if it is more than enough, please install the pressure reducing valve to avoid damage to the eyes caused by excessive water pressure.
2. The flow rate is >75L/min, and the flow rate is >11L/min.
Eye washer
Nozzle: The punching nozzle is ABS engineering plastic, the color is warning yellow.
The punching nozzle is ABS factory plastic with 10° ABS engineering plastic waste water recovery basin, the color is warning yellow.
Valve: The valve is a 1° corrosion-resistant copper galvanized ball valve.
The eye-catching valve is a 1/2° corrosion-resistant ceramic valve.
Inlet: 1" inch internal thread.
Drain: 1/4" inch internal thread
Emergency equipment location:
1. In general, the ANS standard states that emergency equipment should be installed within a 10 second walk (approximately 55 feet)
2. The equipment must be installed at the same height as the source of the hazard (ie, it should not pass through a stair or ramp that continues upward or downward). From the source of the hazard to the path of the flushing equipment, there should be no obstacles, unobstructed, and as straight as possible.
3. Emergency equipment should be clearly marked.
