Beautiful and romantic, lovely, and evocative of the early 1900s era of jewelry, though likely created in the 1980s in the style of the Edwardian era. 

This is a beautifully crafted 18K white gold diamond pendant brooch, worn as either a pendant or as a brooch. Shown here with a chain, it is easily worn both ways. Diamonds are very uniform, J color, SI clarity, and have an aggregate weight of approximately .48 carat.  This quality piece of estate jewelry is versatile ---- as either brooch or pendant and is gift ready. 6 grams, marked for "750" (18K) and with a maker's stamp of LSF. 

The pendant brooch measures 1 1/2" north to south X 1 1/4" east to west. Great condition!
