  • Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty, as they cannot be resold

Faulty Items

  • Must be returned before a refund or replacement is issued

  • Return postage paid by buyer (refunded for faulty items)

  • We copy and paste the details you send — please double-check spelling, capital letters, and sizes before confirming

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Incorrect spelling or details were supplied by the buyer

  • The wrong size was ordered

  • The item has been worn, damaged, or not returned in its original condition

  • The item has already been disposed of

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using tracked delivery for returns.
