Vintage Sailor Boy in White USA Collectors Cookie Jar.
The color is glossy off-white (cream). 'USA' is embossed in the ceramic on the bottom. There is a chip on hat and another chip on bottom. See pictures for details. Otherwise in good shape. A collectors cookie jar!
