. THIS IS AN COPPER PRinting PLATE FOR PHOTOGRAVURES FROM THE ESTATE OF J.J. AUGUSTIN, LOCUST VALLEY NY. IT IS AN ORIGINAL FROM THIS PUBLISHER USED FOR A BOOK HORST MADE. THIS IS SOLID COPPER WITH WOOD BACKING IS PRESENT. THE PLATE IS 9 1/4" BY 11 3/4". IT IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION WITH SOME LIGHT WEAR AS SHOWN ON COPPER -WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING/PICTURE.-some light glue residue on copper.
