Preowned, excellent condition, from a smoke-free home.  Rare, possibly vintage, and from Europe. Areas are sheer where the designs are. Not sure of the material... all I can say is it is dressy material.

16 inches - shoulder to shoulder

21 inches- armpit to armpit

19 inches-  estimated waste area. Just showing blouse slims down a bit.

29 inches - from base of collar to bottom of shirt/down backside
