Haven't used it that much, however my cats have gotten quite a bit of their fur on it so my apologies to those with cat allergies. Comes with all the original stuff that was included in the box except for the charger, but I replaced that with another charger that works on it so don't worry. It has been factory reset. Everything works well and good. Will ship in a box with the original box with it all in it inside it.
