Returns

You have 14 days to return an item however personalised items are not covered by this policy unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
Faulty items will only be replaced or refunded once returned. Return postage is paid by the buyer and will be refunded for any faulty items.

However if we have made a mistake with your personalisation details we will offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer at no cost to you. As personalised items are made, personalised or customised specifically for you, they can't be resold and they are not usually possible to return unless faulty and are exempt from return policies. Postage costs to be paid by buyer and are non-refundable (we recommend sending recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for missing/lost returns). Please pay as soon as possible after winning an auction, as that will allow us to post your item to you sooner!

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm) and details to be printed. You should expect to receive it two or three days after dispatch.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
