Acton Research Corp. Deep UV high reflectors for Excimer lasers

I believe the substrates on these are solid MgF2 as their website describes the use of this or Caf2 as the substrate for this type optic. One of the opened ones has MgF2 written on the side.

These are 0.5" dia. and 96%R, @ 0 degrees for 193nm.

I have one box with 3 optics, each will be SOLD SEPARATELY. ONE optic per sale.

If you don't buy all 3, each one sold will have it's own container with desiccant.
