This is new with tags, and measures 15" wide X 12" high X 5 1/2" deep.  This has never been used, and has original tag as shown.  Inside is a changing pad, and attached clear bag to hold creams etc.  Really nice!  Please look closely at my photos for details.  Item 1440 A
