This romantic hand-crafted blown-glass urn-style vase by Rick Strini stands 9 3/4" tall and is 5" wide.  The clear glass has a very slight green cast depending on the light and the angle of view.

It looks like the vase and the base might be variations of the type of glass.  Only The base has the pronounced iridescent, rainbow effect which is obvious in the standing position as well as upside down.  VERY CLOSE examination of the body of the vase shows the rainbow effect presenting as tiny specks of color, reminisent of opals, throughout the glass.  This is very subtle.  The top rim is actually a band of light yellow.

Very light wear consistent with age and use and some minor imperfections on surface consistent with hand-blown glass.
