Feedback should be based on things a seller has control over like responding to inquiries, fast shipping, proper packaging, etc. and not USPS mail delivery time, which is beyond my control. I do keep watch on the tracking of the items I mail out. If I see an issue, I will go to the post office to find out what is going on. 

Sometimes I do use recycled materials to ship. I believe in recycling for the sake of my future grandkids. This helps keep my shipping prices as low as possible, as well as helping the environment.
