RARE 1977 Musha-e In Ukiyoe Japanese Tattoo Art Book Irezumi Animal Sorcerers

This is an old book from 1977 on ehon woodblocks featuring the animal sorcerers called amisha-e. Really really cool images not seen elsewhere. Hardcover, in great shape for its age, appx 5” x 7” 80 pages, all full pages illustrations. Part of a set…putting some others from that set on here now.

The cheaper shipping service, ‘media mail’ can take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive, just a heads up. If you are not ok with the wait, please select the priority mail option. I offer the media mail option because shipping books can be expensive, and it used to only take a week or two but the PO is overwhelmed so I’m offering a couple options. I will be posting 3/4 boxes of tattoo books and original woodblock prints from the 1800s over the next couple weeks. Trying to clear out storage. I will happily combine shipping when I can.
