Two works of the well-known ideologist and Leader of the OUN, the author of the Decalogue of the Ukrainian nationalist Stepan Lenkavskyi were included in the volume, which constitute the ideological and philosophical part of his creative heritage. They cover a wide range of the activist's influence on the formation of the ideological foundations of the OUN, the upbringing and political education of its members, the formation of the internal organizational training system, the struggle against the Bolshevik colonial regime, the exposure of its Moscow roots and its totalitarian, inhumane and denationalizing essence.
The proposed selection of works by Stepan Lenkavskyi is permeated with the idea of the nation, its incomprehensible irrational drive towards life and self-affirmation, the instrumental role of nationalism in the realization of its purpose. The author turns to the topic of the national revolution, substantiates the fundamental nationalist principle of relying on the strength of one's own people, begins to think about the appointment of the national elite, the political consolidation of Ukrainian society, the endurance and continuity of the national liberation struggle.
