This 2000 edition paperback is in very good overall condition although there are some minor signs of wear to the cover in the form of light bumps and knocks to the edges and corners (see photograph).  All pages are present, tightly bound and free from tears, creases and significant marks.  The book runs to 474 pages (21.5cm x 15cm), includes a comprehensive index plus an additional 6 pages of photographs.
