You are looking at a Hand Made Cesca glass that is being sold in new condition with the original store sticky tags still affixed.  I believe it is a champagne glass.  There is a date of 8/21/98 stamped on the original store tag.  According to the sticky tag on the bottom, it is handmade European glass. This item sold new for $60 U.S.   It measures approximately 9 1/2 inches tall.  

The original Ceska sticky tag is also on the item and reads:

This item us being sold in new condition.  The CESKA tag is still attached but starting to fall off.  There is very little of the original glue left on the tag and wouldn't take much to knock it off.  I am leaving the repair of the sticky tag to the new buyer.
