Gorgeous watercolor painting by Birmingham, Alabama artist Carl Salter (1919-2005). It depicts a dogwood branch with pink flowers. The piece is signed "Carl" and titled "It's Spring Again."  It is framed and triple matted.  

Condition is used but I found no damage to the work or matting.  The frame is sturdy but has some dings (three worst areas are shown in the last photos).  The back dust paper is torn on 3 sides but maintains a Carl Salter business card.  The wire hanger is firmly attached.  Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, subject and size.  Please contact if additional information or photos are needed.
