This is very useful and basic item.
Waist appears to be just slightly below true waist and offers a true fitted waist as the seams construct the pleats up to the waist. The pleats are soft, skirt is not quite a full skirt but flared.
This is a lightweight skirt, and not lined. Zips with a hook and eye. It is new with tags.
- Size 12. Measurements: Hips 40 "; Length 26", Waist 32".
Made in Vietnam. True black, no issues with seams or closures or fabric. Non smoking home. Ships to USA and territories and Canada from rural KS, allow ten days.
Length should be knee or just above knee.
If you are petite, below 5'6", it may be below your knee.
